 Opportunity Collaborative   
The Opportunity Collaborative (the Collaborative) is a coalition of local governments, state agencies and nonprofit organizations in the Baltimore region. This unique partnership was formed in 2012 to develop a Regional Plan for Sustainable Development. The plan will be published in early 2015 and will help all of our partners coordinate regional investments in housing, transportation, and workforce development to connect all of our citizens to a prosperous future.
